Almost half of us unknowingly damage our hearing

It has been proven that person . We\’re not talking about people who work in noisy environments and face serious health risks every day, but about normal people around you. Maybe you are one of those who are gradually destroying your hearing every day.
Let\’s start with the stimuli that can lead to damage. These include loud music, high-noise environments (airports), and the like. When reading this article, most of you will say, “This doesn\’t apply to me.” Search your conscience and ask yourself if you do at least one of the following activities.
reproduktor v autě
Loud music in headphones or speakers You
probably want to listen to your favorite songs on the bus or train on your way home from work or school. However, some buses can be very noisy, so you can\’t really hear what you\’re playing. What do you do? You try to turn up the volume so that you can hear the songs clearly and distinctly.
The same applies when you listen for a longer period of time. After a while, the songs will seem quiet to you. This is because your ears have become accustomed to the volume level, so the song may seem quieter to you. At that point, you turn up the volume so that you can fully enjoy the entire song. By doing so, you are pushing your ears to higher and higher extremes. The longer you listen to recordings at higher volumes, the more your entire auditory system wears out. You may not feel any problems now, or notice any deterioration in your hearing, but you will pay for it in the future when you are old and all those years of listening to loud music add up. We are not counting congenital hearing defects or those caused by health problems.

Noisy jobs and failure to use protective equipment
Some of us work in very noisy environments. This could be in various manufacturing industries or at airports, for example. In these places, all employees are required to wear ear protection to eliminate and prevent hearing damage. Most workers follow these instructions, but there are always those who “don\’t need it.” We only
have one set of hearing and health. Imagine how you would feel if you lost it. Think about that when you want to turn up the volume on your headphones again, where all these problems begin.
